Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with both cancer and cardiovascular disease. Patients under 65 years of age must meet all of the following inclusion criteria 1)-3) and 5),6). If the patient is over 65 years old, the patient must satisfy all of the following criteria 1)-6). 1) Patients who have undergone/are undergoing cancer treatment (surgical therapy, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, etc.) after the diagnosis of cancer. 2) Patients diagnosed with cardiovascular disease before or after cancer onset or cancer treatment. 3) I. Questionnaire survey (quantitative research) has no age limit 4) II. Interview surveys (qualitative studies) are for persons 65 years of age or older 5) Persons who can give written consent to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Persons whose physician ( medical doctor in charge of treatment) determines that participation in the research will cause physical or mental burden. (2) Patients who are unable to speak voluntarily in response to questions asked orally or in writing. (3) Patients who are unable to speak Japanese.
