Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female currently participating in sports activities. The athlete should not have a current orthopedic disease. The definition of a history of groin pain is an individual with a history of groin pain who has loss at least 3 days of practice due to groin pain in the past, or has groin pain identified by a qualified medical professional.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with orthopedic conditions. Persons who have difficulty participating in the experiment. Persons who have withdrawn their consent during participation in the experiment. Persons whose participation in the experiment is restricted for any reason.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Muscle synergies calculated from the EMG date will be compared in terms of change of direction and kick motion before and immediately after the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Joint angle, segment angle, joint angular velocity, and segment angular velocity calculated from 3D data.X, Y, Z and composite vector data calculated from 3D ground reaction force meter.These outcome measures will be compared before and immediately after the intervention.
