Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a sports experience of at least 3 years female gender Obtaining a score lower than or equal to 90% in the ankle disability index questionnaire or equal to 80% in the ankle and foot disability sports index questionnaire Having a history of at least one acute ankle sprain that has resulted in pain, swelling, and temporary loss of function (but not in the last month) and having a history of repeated ankle sprains in the last six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of injury or fracture in the lower limb (except for the history of sprain of the outer side of the ankle). History of lower limb surgery in the last six months. Being in the course of physiotherapy treatment during the research having clear deviations of the spine or lower limbs (crossed knee, bracket knee, flat feet) Having defects in the vision, hearing and nervous system or a history of injury in the head area, which forced them to use medical care.
