Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Males and females who are -> 20 years old at the time of IC acquisition and <65 years old at the end of the study. (2) Subjects, 25 kg/m2 <- BMI < 30 kg/m2. (3) Subjects who can visit to destination medical institution on the scheduled date. (4) Subjects who have submitted written informed consent after fully understanding the purpose and content of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects whose systolic blood pressure is less than 90mmHg. (2) Subjects who wish to become pregnant, are/might be pregnant or lactating during the study. (3) Subjects who are participating in other study or planning to participate or participated within the past 4 weeks. (4) Subjects who are; a) With disease on heart, liver, kidney or other organs complications. b) With a previous history of disease on circulatory organs. c) With diabetes. d) With test food allergy. (5) Subjects who are undergoing some medical treatment at the time of the eligibility assessment test. (6) Subjects who are diagnosed with chronic constipation. (7) Subjects who constantly use medicines. (8) Subjects who constantly use foods for specified health use, foods with functional claims, health foods, and foods that may affect body fat evaluation. (9) Subjects who heavy use of alcohol or smoke. (10) Subjects who have an unsteady lifestyle because of a working shift or a night shift. (11) Subjects who have regular hard exercise. (12) Others who are judged inappropriate for participant by the investigator.
