Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing TAVI or EVAR under monitored anesthesia care. Patients aged 18 years or older. Patients who have given written consent of their own free.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have a limitation of neck range of motion. Patients who have a anatomical abnormality of head and neck area. Patients undergoing urgent surgery. Patients who cannot give consent. Other patients deemed unsuitable as subjects by the principal investigator
