Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who have no difficulty in daily life and are not under treatment for cardiovascular, respiratory, or orthopedic diseases. Those who understand the content of the research and have given written consent of their own free will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who have a conflict of interest with the principal investigator. Persons with metabolic, cranial nerve, or respiratory/circulatory diseases for which exercise is prohibited by a physician. Those who have an orthopedic disease that interferes with plantar flexion or dorsiflexion of the ankle joint. Those who have ruptured Achilles tendon or ankle ligament in the past. Those who have difficulty in taking measurements.
