Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who visit Musashino Hospital's forgetfulness outpatient clinic with the main complaint of cognitive impairment. 2. Patients who are able to cooperate with physical examinations, neuropsychological tests, and imaging tests. 3. Patients or their representatives are able to communicate in Japanese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who did not give consent to participate in this study.
