Wearing VR goggles that expose you to a virtual reality environment, 10 minutes of exercise Allow the patient to rest for 10 minutes without VR goggles.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students who are not colorblind and non-smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Color blindness or are nonsmokers.

MeasureTime frame
The mood indices POMS2 and K6, TDMS, and subjective exercise intensity are measured immediately before exercise, as well as the cognitive function index Stroop task.
