Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Physicians qualified as family medicine specialists (2) Physicians in hospitals without a palliative care specialist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) None (2) Physicians affiliated with a base hospital for cancer treatment, a facility notified as a palliative care ward, a single department psychiatric hospital, or a hospital with physicians specializing in or certified by the Japanese Society for Palliative Medicine.
