Inclusion criteria: Preceptors affiliated with medical institutions who: 1.Nurses who provide educational instruction to nursing students this year 2.Aware of and concerned about issues in educational instruction to nursing students in clinical training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not a manager of the head nurse or higher.
