Inclusion criteria: 18 years or older of healthy adults

Exclusion criteria: Dental and oral problem Jaw function problem Pneumothorax Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary disease Cardiopulmonary dysfunction

Saliva and dental plaque are collected at just after, 24h after, 1/2/3/4 week after intervention, and evaluate the items below. saliva secretion saliva buffer capacity IgA, beta-defensin2, LL-37 of saliva oral microbiome
