Inclusion criteria: 1.Consent to participate in this study 2.Either of these facility Special nursing home for the elderly (welfare facility for the elderly) Long-term care healthcare facilities for the elderly Nursing care medical facility Long-term care medical care hospital Fee-based nursing homes Light-fee nursing home (care house) Group home for the olderly people dementia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The results of the survey, which are included in the unclear answer 2. Participants who are judged to be inappropriate by the researcher
