Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy people capable of performing computer task while standing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People without Japanese reading and writing skills. 2.People who cannot type using a computer. 3.People with pain or restricted joint mobility in the neck, shoulders, or arms. 4.People who have difficulty maintaining a standing position. 5.People with conditions that could lead to sudden health changes. 6.People who are shorter than 150 cm or taller than 180 cm.
