Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Studies on healthy adult male and female subjects 2. Studies in which the food components were ingested orally 3. Studies in which the control food did not contain the food components 4. Studies in which pDC activity or daily physical condition is evaluated 5. Studies of randomized controlled trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Studies in which subjects are illnesses 2. Studies that deviates significantly from PICOS 3. Studies that is not primary article such as review articles, books, etc. 4. Articles written in languages other than English or Japanese 5. Non-peer-reviewed articles 6. Studies conducted without appropriate ethical review
