Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent first hepatectomy at our institution between January 2003 and December 2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who underwent repeat hepatectomy

The incidence of failure to rescue (FTR) after hepatectomy, defined as 90-day mortality in patients with at least one major complication.
