Inclusion criteria: 1. Residents of the Hamanako Eden nursing home with care service 2. Individuals who wish to participate in this study voluntarily 3. Those who have provided written consent 4. Age and gender are noy a restriction 5. Individuals deemed eligibility by the examiners
