Opening training classified by the following items will be conducted over a period of one month Orientation, hospitality training, philosophy training, lectures on basic knowledge of Parkinson&#39

s disease, training on equipment installed in the facility, etc. (1 week) Training by job category (nursing, care, rehabilitation) (1 week) Preparation for opening a new facility, role-playing on th

s disease patients moving in, etc. (2 weeks)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent. 2. Medical professionals (nurses, caregivers, rehabilitation workers) affiliated with the newly opened facility. 3. Persons who have been fully informed about their participation in this study, and who have given written consent of their own free will based on a thorough understanding of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical professionals who have worked in private nursing homes specializing in Parkinson's disease. 2. Other persons deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator.
