Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female university student who belong to Kobe University School of Medicine Faculty of Health Sciences. Female graduate student who belong to Kobe University Graduate School of Health Sciences.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history pregnancy. Need to control the diet due to the disease. Have been diagnosed with rickets by a doctor.
