Inclusion criteria: Adults of 30 years and over with HbA1c >= 8.0% of type 2 diabetes and metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (MASH)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insulin users Type 1 diabetes Mental illness Liver cirrhosis Renal failure
