Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to and discharged from the recovery phase rehabilitation ward of Tsurugi Public Hospital during the period from May 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: death and discharge from hospital, Acute exacerbation, Significant cognitive decline

Age, gender, diagnosis, medical history, length of hospitalization, destination, Independence of Daily Living score, Functional Independence Assessment Method score, blood biochemical data, medications, nerve conduction velocity in the lower leg, grip strength, Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), lower extremity joint range of motion, plantar sensory examination, deep Achilles tendon reflex, gait status before admission and at discharge
