Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to under 90 at the time of consent, who are undergoing immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy and are scheduled for endoscopic examination, biopsy, and blood tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who are pregnant or may be pregnant

MeasureTime frame
We isolate lymphocytes from gastrointestinal mucosal biopsy samples of patients undergoing immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy and perform flow cytometry to analyze the composition of lymphocyte fractions. We explore whether the diagnosis of irAE gastrointestinal damage can be based on the proportions of specific T cell subsets.
