Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. University students aged 18-30 2. Those who do not have any obvious organic disease on medical examination 3. Those who agree that they will not be compensated for any events related to this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons attending hospital or receiving medication 2. Those who belong to club activities 3. Those who are participating in other clinical trials or clinical trials at the same time. 4. Others who the researcher has determined should be excluded.
