Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly graduated working men and women between the ages of 20 and 29 2. Completion of all the baseline assessment at least three days before the start of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot read or write Japanese 2. Receiving mental health treatment
