Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Able-bodied adults between the ages of 18 and 64 (2) Those who have no prior regular yoga experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of surgery on the limbs or trunk (2) Those with an orthopedic or medical condition at the time of the experiment.
