Diabetes Mellitus

Interventions

The intervention group will receive eight diabetes conversation map sessions for 8 consecutive weeks. The control group is entrusted with standard routine care

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus At least 6 months on diabetes therapy Willing to participate in the study for 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Type 1 diabetes Patients less than 20 years old
