Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Present history of cardiovascular, pulmonary, or metabolic diseases Smoking history (past 5 years) Taking medications Aerobic or resistance exercise over 150 min per week Resting intraocular pressure of >21 mmHg or <10 mmHg The difference in IOP between both eyes of >5 mmHg
