Childcare stress, childcare anxiety

Interventions

Dance intervention for mother and child once a week for 4 weeks. Each intervention lasts about 30 minutes and involves easy exercise with an exercise intensity of about 25%.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: mother raising a child

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have a disease or injury that prevents them from dancing.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Measure cerebral blood flow once a week for 4 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Have them complete the PSI-SF once a week for 4 weeks.
