Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heart failure patients with preserved left ventricular function in whom SGLT2 inhibitors were initiated in chronic heart failure, chronic kidney disease or diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who have difficulty in obtaining consent in person Persons who have refused to participate in the study. Other persons deemed unsuitable as research subjects by the principal investigator.
