Inclusion criteria: Include primary studies that meet the following framework(PCC). P)Population: Older parents caring children with disabilities C)Consepts: Quality of health and life C)Context: Japanese

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include no older parents caring persons with disabilities, the type of disability of the person was mental disorder, review articles, conference abstracts and published before 2000 were excluded.
