Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent colonoscopy and had colorectal polyps removed at Oita University Hospital between August 2006 and July 2018
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose cecum to rectum has not been sufficiently observed by colonoscopy 2. Patients who have undergone colon resection prior to the colonoscopy. 3. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, or Behcet's disease). 4. Patients who have not undergone upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. 5. Patients who cannot determine the presence or absence of gastric mucosal atrophy from the findings of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.
