Inclusion criteria: (1)18 years or older at the time of obtaining consent (2)home-visiting nurse who meet all of the following criteria -Works at a home-visit nursing station (administrator, staff), or works at a hospital or clinic -Responsible for one or more users received long-term care certification

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If multiple answers are given, only the final answer will be used for analysis.
