Inclusion criteria: 1. Persons who have good health (those who have no past history of chronic diseases or malignant tumors and are not under treatment for diseases or injuries) 2. Persons who do not take medications. (Medications that affect blood vessel stiffness) 3. Non-smokers 4. Japanese

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons who were judged as inappropriate for study participants by the principal investigator
