Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Those who have been diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by a physician and go to see a doctor regularly. (2)COPD is the main cause of the disease and physical co-morbidities do not affect ADL. (3)Those who are with mMRC 1 or higher. (4)Those who can have a 60-minute discussion in person or online. (5)Those who have maintained their cognitive and physical functions as below. The age is 65 years or above and 85 years or below. The person or his/her family member are able to properly manage the tablet device according to the manual. Those who are able able to see the text displayed on the tablet device. Those who are able to distinguish colors displayed on the tablet terminal. Those who have enough finger dexterity to swipe and tap on the tablet device. Those who have sufficient hearing to talk to others via Teams. (6)Those who wish to have the opportunity to exchange information with other patients and his or her physician judges that the person is able to accept his or her current situation. (7)Those who are able to participate in all three session at intervals of 7 to 10 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria will be 1.Persons who have been judged by the physician to be inappropriate to participate in the study. 2.Patients in the terminal stage. 3.Patients whose cognitive function has declined, and have difficulty communicating with other patients. 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders orthose undergoing intervention by the palliative care team. 5.Those who cannot read and write Japanese. 6.Those who participated in the feasibility study.
