Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male high school students participating in the Japanese under 18 soccer league. Participants must be at the level of a prefectural tournament participant or a member of the national league

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teams that did not receive approval. Players unable to participate due to injury at the start of the study.
