Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 20 years of age undergoing posterior decompression surgery for cervical compressive myelopathy will be selected based on the following criteria: 1)Cases of cervical compressive myelopathy with pyramidal tract symptoms undergoing posterior decompression surgery (either ELAP or SL). 2)Cases where cervical cord compression is observed on MRI or myelogram-CT. 3)Cases with no history of cervical spine surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Cases presenting only with radicular symptoms and without pyramidal tract symptoms. 2)Cases diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal tumors, spinal cord tumors, spinal trauma, spinal infections, or lumbar spinal canal stenosis. 3)Cases with a history of previous cervical spine surgery
