Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Malaysian nutrition students who are between 18 to 35 years old and in the second to final year of their study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who have chronic diseases - Lactating, pregnant and post-partum women - Individuals who have physical disability that affects body movement. - Individuals who change food habits in the past six months for a specific purpose like muscle building, disease control and weight reduction.
