Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with pancreatic duct stricture suspicious of malignancy The patients who was able to place ENPD tube, and collect pancreatic juice for cytology and cell block method

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 20 years The patients who was not able to place ENBD The patients who were already diagnosed cytologically or histologically before this study Unwillingness to participate in this study The patients who are otherwise judged by the investigator to be ineligible to participate in the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The diagnosis efficacy (sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy) of pancreatic juice cytology method and cell block method using collected pancreatic juice for malignant pancreatic disease.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The quality of cell block specimen. The quality of immunostaining of the cell block specimen. The diagnosis efficacy of several times bile cytology. The adverse event of endoscopic procedure.
