Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least one moderate-intensity exercise of 30 minutes per session at least once a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal pain or poor physical condition on the day of the procedure. Previous lower limb or trunk surgery. History of neurological disease that may affect motor control
