Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who are aware that they get nervous when talking to new people (stage fright) 2) Adults 18 years of age or older 3) Those who are able to visit the Minatomirai office 4) Those who can give written consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have difficulty in speaking Japanese 2) Patients with a history of atrial fibrillation or arrhythmia
