Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents in Lusaka Province of Zambia People over the age of 20 Persons who are overweight or obese (BMI 25) Own a smartphone, either Android or iOS People who can read English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals whose smartphones are not compatible with iOS Health Care or Android Google Fit. Individuals who are unable to exercise or walk. Individuals who are considered inappropriate by the researcher.
