Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI 19-26 2. Subjects who can sleep as usual under unusual circumstances (e.g., First time staying overnight, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have been diagnosed by a physician with insomnia or other sleep-related disorders. 2. Subjects who are taking sleeping pills or sleep supplements (melatonin, etc.) 3. Subjects who plan to drink alcohol, overeat, or engage in excessive physical activity during the examination period.
