Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 years and older men and women, not restricted by a doctor from exercising, not have medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, and dyslipidemia.
