Exclusion criteria: pregnant dialysis patient taking neuromodulatory medication presence of a metal or electric implant history of neurological or psychiatric disorder

MeasureTime frame
Resting brain activity will be measured using MEG. Furthermore, brain activity will be measured on a region-by-region basis with greater precision using MRI images of the individual. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form(CTQ-SF) will then be used to assess social defeat stress (SDS) experienced in childhood. The Brief Resilience Scale and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale will be used to assess stress tolerance. Additionally, the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), a measure of depression, and the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), a measure of anxiety, will be used to assess current mood. For pain assessment, thermal pain threshold and thermal pain tolerance threshold will be measured using a thermal stimulator.
