Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Currently hospitalized at Nara Medical University Hospital After vaginal delivery Postpartum 2nd day Those who have given consent to the research obstetrics department through written and oral explanations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to read or write Japanese Have a mental illness being treated I have a bone/muscular disease Those who have been judged by their doctor or midwife to be burdensome to participate in the study due to complications
