Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with sporadic Parkinson's disease attending the Department of Neurology at Juntendo University Hospital. Patients who have received an explanation of this study, understand its contents, and give their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severely impaired renal function (2) Patients who are pregnant or may be pregnant (3) Patients who are breast-feeding (4) Patients suffering from collagen disease, vasculitis disease, malignant tumor, or severe diabetes mellitus (5) Other patients who are deemed inappropriate as subjects by the principal investigator.

Clinical symptoms at baseline, 24, 48, 72, and 96 weeks (UPDRS).
