Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Men and women between the ages of 20 and 69. 2)Exercise less than once a week, but are willing to improve their physical activity habits and walking time. 3)People who know about amino acid foods but do not purchase or continue using them. 4)Those who agree to wear an activity monitor during the test period. 5)Those who participate in the venue survey and follow-up survey during the exam period and are able to return the activity monitor. 6)Those who do not work in the manufacturing industry (beverage/food), wholesale industry, retail industry, mass media industry, advertising industry, media industry, research industry, consulting industry, medical care, or pharmaceutical industry. 7)Those who fully understand the research participation and have given their own voluntary written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who are pregnant or may become pregnant (2)People with high blood pressure or heart disease (3)Those with fractures or joint damage (4)Those who have a weak sense of balance or feel dizzy (5)Severely obese (6)People with diabetes (7)Those who currently have some kind of food allergy (8)Persons other than those listed above who are deemed unsuitable as subjects for this study by the research director/responsible physician.
