Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Community-dwelling elderly ?Healthy student

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Unable to safely and completely perform stepping due to a history of stroke, musculoskeletal disease, cardiovascular disease. ?Unable to understand instructions due to significant cognitive impairment (MMSE < 23).
