Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Persons who have the ability to give written consent to participate in this study 2) Persons who are between 40 and 70 years of age at the time of obtaining consent. Gender is not an issue. 3) Persons who have been judged to be in good health by a physician who is a researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Persons with a history of serious physical or brain diseases in the past or at present 2) Drug or alcohol dependence 3) Persons who are ineligible for the MR test (those with magnetic metals in the body (tattoos, intraocular lenses, etc.) or claustrophobia) 4) Pregnant or possibly pregnant 5) Persons of high body weight (over 90 kg) 6) Any other person who is deemed inappropriate as a subject of this study by the physician who is the researcher, etc.

Investigation of DW-MRS measurement conditions in healthy adults. Obtaining quantitative values and diffusion coefficient values for each metabolite. Investigation of intracellular and extracellular diffusion characteristics and localization of metabolites.
