Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Individuals aged 65 or above, residing in Sendai City or nearby areas. (2) Individuals who own a personal smartphone (either Android OS or iOS). (3) Individuals who have understood the contents of the research and have provided written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe visual or hearing impairments. (2) Individuals who do not understand Japanese. (3) Individuals from whom informed consent cannot be obtained. (4) Individuals currently participating in other clinical studies. (5) Individuals whom the principal investigator deems unfit for participation in the trial.
