Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those that meet the following five criteria. (1) Endoscopically diagnosed SNADET (biopsy before treatment was not necessary). (2) Lesions less than 20 mm. (3) Lesions located between the 1st and 3rd part of the duodenum. (4) Patients for whom informed consent has been obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those that do not meet the above key inclusion criteria.

1.The rate of adverse events (perforation and bleeding etc.) including delayed adverse events. 2.The mean procedure time.
